He was able to tell us everything we needed to have fixed in order to sell our house, and he was very knowledgeable & helpful! He also got back to me very quickly. I reached out to him on a Tuesday, & we had our inspection completed on a Thursday. He also had the inspection report to us within the hour of finishing! He is very fairly priced. "We asked Chris Price and his crew to help us with a leak we recently discovered in our roof. Chris came out immediately to take a look and give us an estimate for the job. They have done quite a bit of work for us in the past, and we knew they would do the job quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. The job turned out to be bigger than we had thought when they discovered more rotten wood in another area of the roof, but Chris was prepared with enough materials to take care of everything that needed to be done. When they were done they were careful to clean-up the work area as well, which is always a big plus. We are very satisfied with the work done, and the reasonable price.
