"We just recently had our roof done by Power Home Remodeling and I wanted to take a minute to post on Yelp to give some details about our experience. To start, the sales rep who came to our home was on time, incredibly professional, and knew what he was talking about. He did not try to inflate the cost and was up front about everything we would be paying for. He also gave us options about other home improvement projects we could do in the future. The next step was the pre-inspection. The pre-inspection rep came out, on time, and went over every step of the project in depth. He confirmed what we wanted and did a second inspection of our current roof, giving us a confirmation on materials. The price did not change and he confirmed exactly what was being ordered and when the supplies would arrive. On the scheduled installation day the crew came, again ON TIME, almost exactly to the minute of when we were told they would come. They started working immediately and were done in one day. Exactly what we were told. The cleanup was top notch and there was literally not one piece of debris left. A few days after the roof was installed the Quality Control manager came out to our home and reviewed the job. He got out his ladder and went up on the roof to inspect. He then spoke to me to confirm that I was happy with the job and answered any questions I had. He also helped me to activate my warranty. From top to bottom the experience was without a flaw. Power was professional, on time, totally honest, and incredibly professional. There isn't one thing I would complain about. Our roof looks amazing and the experience was fantastic.
