"It went exceedingly well. We had someone out to inspect and quote the day after initial contact. He took pictures of the damage and showed me exactly what needed to be done. All workers were very polite and kind to our family and came and worked and cleaned up and left while using excellent social distancing and mask discipline. "When our furnace past away I called Adams Heating. Mike the Tech came to our home to access the situation. He game us the options and we decided on purchasing a new energy efficent unit.Mike was easy to work with. The salesman Eric ? showed us the models to choose from and gave us price quotes. After a few days the crew came to our house today and are installing the new unit. Not having a furnace in mid January is an eye opener. Thank you Adams Heating for your professional service."

"It began with a detailed inspection of the condition of our roof. Every aspect of the inspection was professional and made my wife and I really comfortable in using their service as opposed to others. They had a great selection for us to choose from (we went with the Corning product). They were able to get us scheduled in no time at all. No debris was left once they were done. Last, but not least was their ability to work with us on the financing for the project, which really brought down our stress level :-)"

I was impressed from the start with there quick response to my initial inquiry for an estimate, to the inspection and ease of understanding options available regarding product & payment choices. All employees who I spoke with and were involved with my house project conducted themselves in a professional manner and job was completed in a timely manner. "Very prompt return of my initial call in 5/2014 (Mr. Martins was out of the country!) Came to my house himself and inspected my roof and gave me a written estimate. Was still willing to work with me when I had to delay getting the roof replaced 6 months later due to problems dealing with my home owners insurance company. Started the work promptly on 11/4/14 and completed the work as promised on 11/5/14. The roof looks great! His co-workers were very polite and prompt. They cleaned up all the material and debris and left me some replacement shingles to have on hand. Mr. Martins was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave a lot of free advice even before I hired his company to replace my roof. I am very happy to have my new roof before the winter starts. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing! Would recommend Mr. Martins and Perfection Roofing in the future.
He stood by his initial estimate. There were no surprises. He gave me suggestions for selecting the roof color. Quality materials were used as promised. Looking forward to many years with my new roof!

"They explained to me that they may not be able to help me. The roof was pretty dirty With Pete Moss so they cleaned the roof and realize that the roof was too far gone for the service and they didnâ  t even charge me for the roof cleaning to my surprise . I would definitely recommend this company. they were on time, courteous, and very respectful. Definitely suggest using this company."
