Andrew helped us in finding many defects present in the newly build house. After the survey he emailed us the PDF copy of the lists of damaged/unpainted areas of the house. Lots of cosmetics defects in the cabinets walls doors window pnes was there, leaking faucets and some of the electricity points were also not working.
