"I had asked another contractor to repair a hole in my barn wall and was in a hurry due to a preset meeting with a realtor about my property. He misunderstood the level of work and took the wall down. His estimate for replacing the wall was more than I was prepared to pay. I called Mr. Mom (Alan) to get an estimate on repairing the wall.
