"I had an extremely good experience with Pride Home Inspections following the move-out of my tenants in our Seattle apartment condo. Joseph, who's the principal, responded promptly to my request, and performed the inspection just two days later. He did an extremely thorough job over around 3 hours or so and provided me a detailed 25-page report around 3 hours later. He categorized each item as acceptable, repair/replace, safety issue, monitor and not accessible. Subsequently, Joseph called me on my phone and went over the items that needed fixing, including whether they counted as wear & tear or were caused by our former tenants. He also gave me a ballpark price on what they would cost to fix. Based on my direct experience, Joseph went well beyond expectations, and I strongly recommend Pride Home Inspections."

"This is a great family owned small business! I'd had 6 estimates to replace my roof and this was the only company that took the time to carefully walk my roof and also inspect the attic to make sure they knew what they were getting into (I had lots of rot and sagging). The owner (Daniel) provided the estimate and was great at offering options to save me money. He was also willing to use some of my own materials (skylight) on the job without an extra charge. Lead time was only ~4 days, the worked started on time and finished ahead of schedule, and the final cost was on budget. The owner is very hands-on and besides providing the estimate was also part of the installation crew. It was really nice to deal directly with the owner during all phases of the project, especially when I wanted to add some additional work that was not part of the original bid. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Integrity NW Roofing. Competitive pricing, great service, high quality and a really nice company to deal with."

"We contacted Diamond Roofing and Construction about what we thought was a leak originating in our roof. We had already had a plumber and a leak detection specialist out to find the source of the leak. Both stated it was likely the roof. Diamond Roofing responded promptly to an request through Angie's List and came out to inspect. They took their time and scoured the roof and the attic for a leak source. They replaced some shingles around some vents. There was not a clear culprit for the leak. We were hoping this did the trick. Unfortunately the leak continued. We got in touch with Diamond again and they promptly responded and came out again. They diligently searched and finally determined it was actually a leak from our shower!!! Despite a plumber being very certain it wasn't a plumbing issue. I cannot say enough great things about Diamond. They all worked so hard to find the leak and ended up not charging us anything despite all of their time and effort! I highly recommend Diamond Roofing and Construction."

"Much better than I expected. Elle, the roofer, was very courteous and obviously an expert at roof repairs. The repair required a partial rebuild of the skylight casement. When finished in one day, the quality of the work was readily apparent. Although extra work was required when water damage was discovered during repair, Patriot Roofing stood by their quote and that’s something not often seen nowadays. Very reasonable price too. Oh, and with a lot of rain this fall, no more leaks."
