"Gentry Family Construction (GFC) did an excellent job putting a new roof on my house, and it all began with an inspection and a solid estimate that was fair and reasonable. GFC’s was not the lowest bid, but their bid was 60% lower than the highest bid and only 10% higher than the lowest bid. The bid was accurate to the dollar, and they finished ahead of their schedule. They worked quickly and safely, and at the end of each work day, they cleaned up the worksite around my house making it look as though they’d never been there. Unlike larger companies, the owner, Tim, worked onsite with his crew everyday and was able to answer my questions about the work directly. I highly recommend GFC and will use them again for other projects on my home."

"It was a pleasure dealing with this company from beginning to end. I originally called for an energy audit to find out why the front rooms in the house I just bought were always so cold and drafty. Their rep, Steve, inspected my attic and crawl space and showed me pictures on his phone that showed the lack of insulation in the attic - including a giant hole from an outside wall that was hollow and opened into the attic. The crew who came to do the work kept me informed of their arrival time (they came from Eugene) and did a great job on the work and clean up. But the best part is the difference it has made in the temperature in my house. Insulating an existing house is expensive and I doubt I will ever recoup the expense; but the improvement in the livability of my home made it well worth it."

At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. Kettner completed the repairs, and the following day December's usual rain and east wind returned in force -- but no leak! We highly recommend Ibex Roofing. They answered all our questions, worked with our schedule, and followed up both during the process and after repairs were finished, to be sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction."

"We had a small job to remove/replace insulation that may have been soiled in our attic from a squirrel that got up there years ago. It was mentioned in our home inspection. After going up to take a look, Sean explained he didn’t see any soiled insulation but there was a small area that had been moved away from the corner and it was effectively empty. It was really too small a job though to warrant them coming out to blow stuff in so he recommended just taking a leaf blower up there to redistribute it evenly. Brilliant idea! He also graciously took a look at our crawl space and identified some areas we should address but ones we could do on our own. He was great to talk to and very helpful and reasonable.
