"The tech came out to inspect cracked plastic pieces. They said they would order parts. Then I got an email from them saying they were not going to cover those parts. I called the office and spoke with a lady that got real snarky with me. Usually I keep my cool but I lost it with her. I asked for her supervisor and she wouldn't give me one. The tech said I had put too much weight on it to make it crack. I called back and talked to someone else. They said it wasn't the first time they had complaints about the previous lady. They called someone else to come out and inspect. The tech wrote up that is was not too much weight. They ordered parts and replaced. They always come out when I call."

"Removed upper and lower level gutters, downspouts and aluminum facia. Inspected all facia boards. Installed new upper and lower level aluminum facia. Installed new upper and lower level seamless gutters. Relocated upper and lower level downspouts to opposite side of the house per my request. Rogers Roofing did a great job. The new gutters and downspouts look great. They cleaned up all old materials and left the job site neat and clean. Great job all around. Not the cheapest estimate we had, but worth the price. My only negative is that we would have liked to have had better communication with them as to when the work would be performed. Appproximately one month passed from the time of agreement to go ahead and the actual day the work was done with no contact until the day before. We plan to use Rogers Roofing again fo our garage soffit, facia and gutters.
