"I am buying a home and wanted an inspection done. The Realtor gave me 3 different companies to choose from in the area I am trying to buy in. I contacted Paul first, based upon his business card. During our initial conversation, I gained confidence in him and asked him if he could perform the inspection. Within 4 days, the inspection was completed and on day 5 I received the report. "Our air-conditioner broke down right at the beginning of summer, with two disabled individuals in the home it was not a good situation. I called American home Shield and they had a repair company out the very next morning. Remember, this is during the time of year when most heating and air-conditioning companies are very busy. The inspection was prompt and in no time the service technicians were given permission to start the work. In no time the air-conditioner was up and running, no they didn't replace it, but the Warranty did exactly what it supposed to do take care of a major expense in a prompt and efficient way."
