"I normally get two or three estimates when I hire someone to take on a major project like a new driveway. I hired Joel Jones because he appeared to be upfront and was not out to rip me off. Though the process was delayed due to weather, when the workers completed the job, it turned out very much the wait. He's a very likable person with a good sense of humor and his workers were hardworking and very good craftsmen. I would certainly recommend Joel Jones of Knoxville for any home improvements. "Storm Guard was able to inspect my roof, identify damages, work with my insurance and get my roof replaced for only my deductible. The wait was a bit long (5 months for me) and I know of others who have waited longer. They took care of all the negotiations with my insurance and saved me the headache of all of that.
