"Fantastic. I am a Realtor and I have a Client who called Steve Nagel to have a Home Inspection, prior to selling a home for a relative who had passed away. Steve explained that he would be better served not having an inspection as that may come back to haunt him since he would need to disclose a Home Inspection had been performed. Steve could have done the inspection and collected a fee, but Steve Nagel has INTEGRITY. I love hearing stories like this. It restores my faith in humanity with people like Steve Nagel in the world.
