"Ed Cunnett was my inspector. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. He was honest and clear about the findings and gave me helpful information for my next steps. To be clear He didn't tell me what needed to be done only offered scenarios. I received my inspection report same day and am only waiting for a lab result. Inspection report provided photos and clear descriptions of the issues at hand. Would 100% use them for future inspections and I've already referred them . Very happy with their services."

"Joe was absolutely fantastic every step of the way with our home inspection! His services are affordable and he was very timely, accommodating, courteous, personable, professional, communicative, willing to go out of his way for us and incredibly flexible when we encountered scheduling issues with the tenants that are currently renting the property (an ordeal that quickly turned into a nightmare, especially given the fact that we already had a fast approaching deadline to have the inspection done). Leaving no stone unturned, he took his time with the inspection and noted every issue with the property (inside and out) while making sure we understood the issues found/repairs needed. Above all, he never left us in the dark and made sure that any and all questions were answered at every point of the process. "I’m very glad I went with Smart Electric to fix our issue, involving outlets that were failing and power failures in a specific area of our home, even though the circuit breaker seemed okay. From the moment I contacted them I sensed professionalism, and immediately felt at ease. The person sent to fix the problem (Keith) was quick and thorough, and fixed the issue. When we experienced a similar issue some weeks later, same circuit, I called Smart Electric in a panic and they put Keith on the line, and we talked through it together. Keith remembered everything about my prior issue, including how the circuit in our home ran, and provided a solution I was able to complete on my own, saving me another visit and cost. He even let me know what I should do to ensure we don’t have another issue down the road, based on the load our home is designed to take on that circuit. I am very happy with Smart Electric and highly recommend them ... also, I think I may owe Keith dinner or something."

"We hired Stout Roofing to replace the roof on our rambler. I was pleased to meet Jake Stout when he came to my residence to do an inspection and discuss the concerns I had. I asked for a few small changes such as the installation of some bathroom ceiling fan flapper vents, and the removal of a solar attic vent fan and patching it's hole. Their pricing was extremely competitive and right in our budget. Best of all they had very good availability to get started. The roof removal was completed in just a matter of hours, and the second day the new roof was installed without any issues. The crew was polite and friendly and did a great job of cleanup after themselves. I'm very pleased with the finish product and the company!"

"I had a terrible damaged portion of my roof that had a god awful leak. Needed it replaced urgently replaced urgently and my mom referred me to these guys. They responded fast and did a thought inspection and started working on my roof in 2 days. I'm happy I chose them because they made the process so much easier to navigate. "The entire job was COMPLETE in two days and the clean-up was meticulous; you would never have guessed that the entire roof was replaced, there was NO construction debris ANYWHERE!
One of the BEST things about A BETTER ROOFING COMPANY is that they do not abandon their customers: I called and asked them to inspect my roof for possible damage because of a moisture problem on my south wall - I thought that maybe some flashing had been disturbed or holes were un-caulked when a DirecTV dish was put on the roof. The roof was fine, but A BETTER ROOFING COMPANY helped me further by suggesting the likely causes of my problem, and they REFUSED to charge me a penny for the time spent coming to my house, climbing up and inspecting the roof!
