He was very accommodating to the schedule which kept changing and being postponed due to issues with the seller getting the premises ready for an inspection (absence of heat and water). He even went back much later to complete the inspection once the water had been turned back on at the house. Explained what he was doing and what needed to be looked out for. "I am so happy with the work that Ben from Golden Standard Services, LLC did for me. We had a squirrel in the loft of our garage for weeks!! I tried loud noise and lights, a trap with peanuts in it...everything! But nothing worked. So, I went under Angi to try to get some help. After comparing 2 estimates, I chose Ben. His price was less than half of the other contractor that called me, he set up the trap the next day, and caught the sneaky squirrel in 24 hours flat!! Best decision ever!! He also did a phenomenal job patching the hole that the squirrel had made (he is also a Home Inspector and knows about quality repair work). He took his time, cleaning up a months worth of feces, and making sure that there was not a nest. Ben is the real deal, and I am already referring all of my friends and family to him. "The man who came out was very nice. He dealt with the immediate problem (holes in the house) and did a thorough search of the interior and exterior of the home. I have a preference for more organic substances to be used over more harsh chemicals and they were able accomodate that preference. They are scheduled to come back out later this month as part of the ongoing services I purchased.
