"We contacted Pierce to assess leaks in parts of our roof, in particular around the chimneys. Robbie Pierce was responsive and knowledgeable. The issues were clearly explained and options provided. We decided to have them completely remove the old roof and replace. The crew arrived before 8 am and worked up to 13 hours a day to get the job done before rain could interfere with the work. They were incredibly diligent and thoughtful, and took great care to minimize damage to the gardens around the house. The cleanup was thorough with Robbie coming the day after they finished to fully inspect the job and ensure that all debris was taken care of. We used Pierce a couple of years ago to replace gutters and were impressed with the work then. We remain impressed and would certainly use them again if needed."

My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
