Scott and Connie Ternasky have been in business since 2002. Scott was a general contractor and owned his own construction company. Giving him a vast knowledge of all aspects of the home and components. We provide on site computerized inspections, which means you receive your report at the time the inspection is completed, no waiting. Scott has completed to date 3500 inspection. He is meticulous and spends approximately 3 1/2 hours looking over an averaged size home. Scott will spend time with his clients going over what he has discovered and will explain to you in detail what he has found. We can e-mail your realtor if you want us to but do not share information with anyone you do not request us to. Scott is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Colorado is unregulated and thus anyone can be a home inspector without any training. Scott has been trained and went to school to learn everything he needs to know. ASHI requires their members to keep up on continuing education courses and adheres to a strict code of ethics, Our desire is to treat our customers with respect. We want you to know what you need to know about the home you are purchasing and help you know you are making a good decision for your future.
