Brian joined the insurance meeting and helped me WIN approval When State Farm sent their adjuster, Brian came immediately—even though they arrived early. He waited patiently for the third-party inspector (who was late), and then walked them through every problem area. He clearly explained the hail damage, the leaks, and exactly why it needed approval. Honestly, State Farm is famous for being strict, but with Brian’s help, I finally got approved for a full roof replacement. I was so relieved and grateful. 3. He also helped me get approval for interior repairs There were water stains inside my house caused by the roof leak. I didn’t even know I could include this in the claim, but Brian talked to the adjuster directly and helped me get additional coverage for the interior repairs as well. This is the kind of detail and professionalism you rarely see. 4. The installation team was also excellent Once approved, the Artisan team finished the entire roof in one day. Fast, clean, and high quality. They also found a few issues (like an old dryer vent), took pictures, and sent me updates during the day so I always knew what was happening. Every step felt responsible and transparent. 5. Great communication, great local company From emails about payment, to warranty details, to color selection—they were always clear, quick, and helpful. It feels good to work with a local, trustworthy, professional company. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim.
