"They looked at the outside and it looked like it could be a problem. Then they went up into the unfinished attic, saw that it was a plumbing problem, videoed the problem for me so I could resolve, and didn't charge me because it was a "free inspection". Great customer service, thanks!"

"When our furnace past away I called Adams Heating. Mike the Tech came to our home to access the situation. He game us the options and we decided on purchasing a new energy efficent unit.Mike was easy to work with. The salesman Eric ? showed us the models to choose from and gave us price quotes. "It began with a detailed inspection of the condition of our roof. Every aspect of the inspection was professional and made my wife and I really comfortable in using their service as opposed to others. They had a great selection for us to choose from (we went with the Corning product). They were able to get us scheduled in no time at all. No debris was left once they were done. "S & G Roofing has earned our highest respect for being a premier company who tackled our very steep and complex roof. They arrived punctually on the scheduled date to prepare our home and landscaping with protective shielding the day prior to the installation. The next day they arrived at 7 a.m. with 2 full crews to remove our old shingles and install the replacements. Every member of this remarkable crew was polite, professional, safety conscious, and focused. Seemingly indefatigable, they only broke for lunch and never stopped again until 8:45 p.m. They all were well-trained in their roles and anticipated the needs of their work mates. Upon completion, their cleanup operation left our property in pristine condition. The ever-present supervisors must be commended for their professional, superbly orchestrated masterpiece, our perfect new roof. Kudos, applause, done in a day! You will be well-served by S & G!"

"Paulo and Tom were excellent to work with. They explained the process and materials they would use in detail. A sample book was provided so we could see the roof color choices. Once we narrowed our choices, Paulo supplied us with addresses of homes with our selected shingle colors so we could see more than just the sample. This was very helpful in making our final shingle decision. An estimated day of installation was given and stuck to. The crew arrived early on a 90 degree day and worked hard to finish the job in one day. We are very pleased with the quality of the materials and the work done. We would definitely recommend Perfection Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.
