Despite the fact that there was a tenant, and belongings in the home, Joseph completed a thorough inspection. I was able to be with him or nearby throughout the inspection and he was able to explain much of what he found so that I could easily understand it. Additionally, his written report at the end was thorough, had the appropriate photos and was presented i a manner that made it easy to comprehend. "I’m very glad I went with Smart Electric to fix our issue, involving outlets that were failing and power failures in a specific area of our home, even though the circuit breaker seemed okay. From the moment I contacted them I sensed professionalism, and immediately felt at ease. The person sent to fix the problem (Keith) was quick and thorough, and fixed the issue. When we experienced a similar issue some weeks later, same circuit, I called Smart Electric in a panic and they put Keith on the line, and we talked through it together.
