"Claim # 94234533: First Plumbing Solutions Unlimited (Rich & Steve) performance was 120%. I was so appreciative that although my repair date was 8/18/2020 they took into consideration that I had an emergency situation moving the date up to 8/13/2020. The flooding issue was completed within 10minutes by Steve. Shortly after I called him back to say the flush was still not working. He returned quickly & noticed other issues, Rich arrived, was perplexed why the flush was not working, he did a full check, rodded, cleaned drain and performed a camera inspection. This is a company that gives Choice Home Warranty it's top rating. I had AHS for three years, used them once. I am happy I changed to CHW mainly because they have reasonable monthly payments and a fair fee."
