Steve explained that he would be better served not having an inspection as that may come back to haunt him since he would need to disclose a Home Inspection had been performed. Steve could have done the inspection and collected a fee, but Steve Nagel has INTEGRITY. I love hearing stories like this. It restores my faith in humanity with people like Steve Nagel in the world. "While working under rather inclement conditions the team preformed admirably. The business owner/ project manager made frequent visits to maintain continuity between myself and the crew which eliminated the need for me to interrupt the crew for completion updates. As for job site cleanliness lets just say remarkable. Every evening before leaving the job sight the crew would pickup any lose materials and go through the planters and lawn with magnets looking for nails or staples, most apricated by my lawn mower. The only negative thing is they have done such a nice job on the roof now the other repairs that are need to my home are much more apparent."

"I live in a four plex where the roof was replaced. The crew could not have been kinder or more accomodating. I have to walk with a cane & I'm not too mobile some days. They made sure all the pathways were clear of wastes, nails and debris. Even stopping from their lunch break to make sure I was able to walk safely on the side walk. And it was not just one crew person, but all of them were so nice, respectful & curtious. Could not recommend them highly enough!!"
