"I normally get two or three estimates when I hire someone to take on a major project like a new driveway. I hired Joel Jones because he appeared to be upfront and was not out to rip me off. Though the process was delayed due to weather, when the workers completed the job, it turned out very much the wait. He's a very likable person with a good sense of humor and his workers were hardworking and very good craftsmen. I would certainly recommend Joel Jones of Knoxville for any home improvements. I will be utilizing his services again."

"Customer Service is the best I've ever encountered. From follow up to attention to detail. Project isn't completed yet, but I will follow up in a couple of weeks with the end of project. Evan was a great communicator and explained and answered all my questions. I would definitely consult him for additional projects at my house. I had never heard of DaBella but I have had several other companies look at my roof. The DaBella company and GAF roofing system warranties really made me feel comfortable."

"Storm Guard was able to inspect my roof, identify damages, work with my insurance and get my roof replaced for only my deductible. The wait was a bit long (5 months for me) and I know of others who have waited longer. They took care of all the negotiations with my insurance and saved me the headache of all of that. They even sent the final bill and pictures to my insurance so I just had to sign the checks. The communication while waiting was the only thing I didn't like. Otherwise; they got a 5-star review from me."
