"Joe did a very professional job! He was friendly and developed the report as he conducted the inspection. The result of the inspection was provided that day. He followed up on the camera sewer line inspection the next day, and the radon detection test was coordinated, with results provided within 48 hours. "I had a leak in ceiling in my garage and scheduled an inspection on Monday. I was also curious if I had a impact resistant shingles as I was not sure since I had previously purchased the house as a short sale. Gary was 8 minutes early, very polite and informative. Gary inspected the entire roof, took several pictures and walked me through the type of roof I had. He did notice a minor defect and offered to fix it but ended up advising me on how to fix it which was gladly welcomed. In the end, there was no charge and I walked away a whole lot more educated. I know who I will be calling for my future roof needs! Thanks again Gary."

"After that storm last year our home sustained significant hail damage that our insurance originally denied. I called Advanced Exteriors for a second opinion and Sean Tillotson came to our home to assess the damage. Not only was our roof damaged but we had gutter, paint, and windows damaged. "Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. Thank you Heartland team for great service and professionalism."
