He presented the information in a friendly, clear, concise, informative manner. The day of service, CJ called to let me know the names of the gentlemen that would be working in my home and their time of arrival. When the crew arrived, they were friendly,pleasant and courteous. They went right to work and told me what they were doing during each phase of the work. They allowed me to see the insulation in the attic before they sealed it up which was great! Both of the crew worked well together to fill in the gaps, wrap and seal the ductwork. They made sure that even the hard to reach areas got wrapped, which was a real feat given the 20 foot ceilings and limited access to some of the ducts!
