When we experienced a similar issue some weeks later, same circuit, I called Smart Electric in a panic and they put Keith on the line, and we talked through it together. Keith remembered everything about my prior issue, including how the circuit in our home ran, and provided a solution I was able to complete on my own, saving me another visit and cost. He even let me know what I should do to ensure we don’t have another issue down the road, based on the load our home is designed to take on that circuit. "This project went well, especially considering the home is 81 years old and was not well maintained by the previous owners. This is our second roofing job Sam completed for us; the other home is 70 years old and had hidden issues too. Last week, Sam's team discovered the roofing plywood was thin, old, and rotted. All the sheeting needed replacing. Not Sam's fault, he does not have x-ray vision. Sam cut us a deal on the plywood and inspected the entire roof sub-structure for further damage at no cost. From start to finish (bidding thru clean up) they did a great job.
