"Tyler came out and helped do a home inspection on a brand new home that I bought. It was great that he came out because he not only helped me learn about a lot of things that I need to watch and ask questions about but he also did a very thorough inspection. He created a report for me to bring to the warranty team to make sure that all of things are fixed. "I had a leak in ceiling in my garage and scheduled an inspection on Monday. I was also curious if I had a impact resistant shingles as I was not sure since I had previously purchased the house as a short sale. Gary was 8 minutes early, very polite and informative. Gary inspected the entire roof, took several pictures and walked me through the type of roof I had. He did notice a minor defect and offered to fix it but ended up advising me on how to fix it which was gladly welcomed. In the end, there was no charge and I walked away a whole lot more educated. I know who I will be calling for my future roof needs! Thanks again Gary."
