"I was pleasantly surprise that Mike Kelley was able to rearrange his schedule to fit us in the next day. I know this is not the norm but to me that s a sign of amazing customer service. During our walk through with the builder, Mike was able to point things out to us that needed some attention. I hope he didn t get too annoyed that I was his shadow the entire inspection.
