"The on-site work was scheduled and performed in a timely and professional manner. The company representative also inspected our detached garage and barn roofs at no additional cost, an effort above and beyond the scope of the package I purchased. While on-site, he showed us photos on his phone of the maintenance work and overall roof condition, taking time to explain everything and answer our questions. However, we never received the "unbiased storm damage report" that was to be included. Apparently this was due to a misunderstanding over whether we "wanted" the written report. Although the rep offered to send me a report after I followed up, I never heard from him again. Bottom line, the actual work performed on the roof was excellent, but the report was not provided. I would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend them to others, but this was a reminder to me to make absolutely certain all expectations are clear and agreed to by both parties."
