"Josh Johnson with Vertical Inspections conducted a professional inspection of the home I am buying. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and allowed me be with him during the inspection. He was patient and comprehensive in explaining any questions that I had as he was performing the inspection. Josh also assured me that he would be available for any follow-up questions that I may have. He did the inspection on a Monday evening and documentation arrived on Tuesday. It was a very methodical report with over 50 pages with pictures referencing his documentation. Even my realtor commented that it was one of the longest inspection reports he had seen. He kept the line of communication open during this entire remodel of the roof and gutters. Our roof was replaced poorly only a few years prior and he made sure that wasn’t going to happen again.
