"This is a great family owned small business! I'd had 6 estimates to replace my roof and this was the only company that took the time to carefully walk my roof and also inspect the attic to make sure they knew what they were getting into (I had lots of rot and sagging). The owner (Daniel) provided the estimate and was great at offering options to save me money. He was also willing to use some of my own materials (skylight) on the job without an extra charge. Lead time was only ~4 days, the worked started on time and finished ahead of schedule, and the final cost was on budget. The owner is very hands-on and besides providing the estimate was also part of the installation crew. It was really nice to deal directly with the owner during all phases of the project, especially when I wanted to add some additional work that was not part of the original bid. "We contacted Diamond Roofing and Construction about what we thought was a leak originating in our roof. We had already had a plumber and a leak detection specialist out to find the source of the leak. Both stated it was likely the roof. Diamond Roofing responded promptly to an request through Angie's List and came out to inspect. They took their time and scoured the roof and the attic for a leak source. They replaced some shingles around some vents. There was not a clear culprit for the leak. We were hoping this did the trick. Unfortunately the leak continued. We got in touch with Diamond again and they promptly responded and came out again. They diligently searched and finally determined it was actually a leak from our shower!!! Despite a plumber being very certain it wasn't a plumbing issue. I cannot say enough great things about Diamond. They all worked so hard to find the leak and ended up not charging us anything despite all of their time and effort! I highly recommend Diamond Roofing and Construction."

"We hired Stout Roofing to replace the roof on our rambler. I was pleased to meet Jake Stout when he came to my residence to do an inspection and discuss the concerns I had. I asked for a few small changes such as the installation of some bathroom ceiling fan flapper vents, and the removal of a solar attic vent fan and patching it's hole. Their pricing was extremely competitive and right in our budget. Best of all they had very good availability to get started. The roof removal was completed in just a matter of hours, and the second day the new roof was installed without any issues. The crew was polite and friendly and did a great job of cleanup after themselves. I'm very pleased with the finish product and the company!"
