"It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the 3rd roofer to inspect my very simple repair job (replacing a single edge shingle) and the estimator (Adam) was the only one of the 3 to offer a repair right away. I hired him on the spot and he completed the job in about 1/2 hour for less than what the others quoted. Very happy with the outcome. Would hire this roofer again."

"I hired him for a home inspection, a radon air test, and a septic inspection. He arrived within 10 min of appointment time. His home inspection was very thorough and a comprehensive report provided in a timely manner. His radon air test was completed in the basement, rather than the lowest living area (stated that there was a laundry hookup in the basement so it had to do down there, despite a full laundry room on the second floor)"

"This was the 4th Home Inspection I had in the past year and it was outstanding ! Very reasonable price, came with a nice binder full of informative information as well as some limited warranties and had additional certification for mobile home inspection. They also have customer loyalty appreciation. From the first call - customer service and support was excellent and I made the decision to go with this service. I was equally impressed when meeting the inspector and observing the meticulous process the inspector put in to make sure I was making a good informed decision for buying the property. I got an oral report at the inspection and had my written report within 24 hrs. "Robert came out and was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained the mold was small and not an issue. He discovered what we thought to be chipmunks that nested in our attic. He explained it was not harmful, but if it was his home, he would remove insulation and clean thoroughly. That's what we did. We scheduled a date for his team to come back, and they were very thorough! They worked all day up there which was a warm day and cleaned every corner. I did not see any droppings whatsoever. Professional, hardworking, intelligent folks. Could not be more pleased with their work!"
