"My initial conversations with Eric Gibson about the Dr. Energy approach to insulating homes was thorough and very educational. He took the time to crawl through the attic and under floor areas of my home. Eric knows what he is talking about and clearly explains the how's and whys of the work. The work took 1.5 weeks from start to finish with a crew of 3-5 people. They communicated each day about the work they were going to accomplish. "Jason (the owner of the company) worked closely with us to provide a timely job estimate and proposal.  The job was accomplished exactly as proposed and on the time schedule that we discussed. The crews arrived on schedule and were respectful of our presence and property.
Professional - Roof removal was accomplished in a single day on our 1700 square foot house.  They worked until about 8:00 pm to assure that the felt was in place prior to leaving on that first day. Two days were spent applying the new roof. All vents were painted to match the new roof color - something I appreciated and didn't expect.  The new roof looks great.
Reasonably priced - I solicited several bid proposals for the job and Jason's bid was very reasonable. He was highly recommended to me, so I accepted his bid.
Clean-up - Each day, the crew carefully inspected the property for debris and did an excellent job of picking up debris.

"DaBellaâ s sales pitch for new home siding was four hours long! The sales rep was a nice guy but told a few untruths about their exclusive relationship with JamesHardie. In addition, Iâ m inexperienced with hiring contractors and didnâ t realize that a company like DaBella might not have their own installers to perform the work. DaBella developed the contract, ordered the materials and then subcontracted out the job. We were extremely pleased with the business that actually installed our home siding. They were professional, hard-working, and paid attention to detail on all aspects of the job. My unhappiness is with DaBellaâ s poor communication once the contract was signed. I received a call from the DaBella office that someone would come to our home to get an accurate measurement of the house to ensure enough materials were available for the project start date of July 18th. The guy came, measured and said work would start the next day! Who complains about a job starting two weeks early? I only complain because I only had 12 hours to move things away from the house and make sure the site was ready. There were material delays, a week without workers and no communication from DaBella on what was going on. The sales guy who â would always be available by phoneâ was often not available. I also left multiple messages on DaBellaâ s office number before receiving a return call."
