"Stan was absolutely wonderful. We had a couple other inspections done by a larger company with other homes, but we had a short-notice inspection and they couldn't meet the timeline. I found All Safe Inspection via an inquiry on a popular search engine and he had 100% positive reviews. I can absolutely attest to why: Stan showed extreme patience, a willingness to explain what he was looking at and his findings both in technical and layman's terms. Stan was absolutely thorough with his inspection, starting with a interior foundation assessment, then outside foundation and roof, and finally back inside to do a full visual inspection of the entire home. He didn't mind that I was on his hip the entire time and asking questions about every room's nook and cranny. Stan took his time on the inspection, never rushing through any incident. The inspection lasted a lot longer than the larger company's and, though they broke their report down into mild-medium-major concerns (which was the only thing I found "better" on theirs), Stan wrote down every little thing we discussed in the finalized report. He had three more inspections that day (ours was the first at 9am) and he emailed me the report at 11pm -- talk about dedication to his trade!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Stan and his small-business (literally... he's the owner/inspector!). Can't say enough good things about him - AND his pricing is EXTREMELY competitive - cost us $200 less than the previous two inspections with a larger company, and we know that we're getting the person most reliant on the success of his business and not a contractor or new inspector who has been with a company for three weeks. We had to wait for better weather to add the gutters after installing the metal roof, but it was no problem. Can't control the weather. Price was right, installation team (s) - tear off, install, finish work and gutters, were all great.
