"The technician was timely and professional. He performed an inspection (with recommendations) and a filter replacement, but no cleaning/tuning. I felt that the recommended work estimates resulting from the inspection were significantly over-priced. (I did not advise the 2nd provider that my system had already been inspected.) I then accepted this 2nd provider's estimate for the recommended services. Overall, I felt that this "Deal" was a low-ball loss-leader designed to rope the customer into over-priced services."
