Ken responded promptly to my home advisor request, was very informative about his services over the phone, and we scheduled an appointment for the home inspection. He met with my sister, at my parents' house, and he explained we did not need an inspection at this time. Even though Ken did not do the home inspection, he still gave my sister some very helpful ideas to improve the house and a list of people he could highly recommend to do the small amount of work that is needed on the house.
