"Had another contractor do some work on my soffit/gutters and they messed up my roof and it started leaking. Called Willard and they were out very quickly to take a look. Found a bunch of nail holes and cracks on my roof, but said the roof was in decent shape and probably had another year or two left on it. Even mentioned that I could probably buy stuff at Home Depot and fix it myself since the damage wasn't that extensive. I'd rather have a professional do it so for $300 they sent guys the next day to fill the nail holes and the cracks. Quick and easy and roof stopped leaking! Appreciated their honesty and when I do need to replace the roof will definitely have them on the top of my list."

As a result of Tony's extensive consultation with my wife and me regarding roof and solar skylight options, we were able to make informed decisions. Tony is a pleasure to work with and always answers his phone or returns messages in a timely manner. Tony had the interior finish work completed by Louis Painting. Incredibly well done. Tony also had Gordon from the Mid Cape Home Centers program the newly released VELUX Touch Remote. Gordon spent considerable time ensuring the remote functioned properly. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
