"Joe and his crew came over to spec the job, but during their inspection, they found a problems with my rubber roof at the back of the house. Joe contacted me immediately and sent pictures of the problem. There was water damage to the flat roof over the room we added onto the back of our house in 1994. It seems that the roof had been flashed and covered improperly, resulting in water damage that amazingly never found its way inside the room. However, it turned out that the water had destroyed the plywood roof deck and several of the joists that support the roof. I was sent pictures of the damage to keep me informed and Joe kept me apprised of everything that was going on. I left work early to see what was going on and Joe showed me the situation and explained what needed to be done. Obviously this was not what any of us had expected to happen. Joe had his team of four workers and himself on site for an entire day as they repaired the damage and put on a new rubber roof. I could see the difference in roofing technique immediately. Joe's method protected the roof and edge of the roof completely. It ended up being a different job and a lot more money than we expected, of course. However, I am completely satisfied that everything that was done was proper and well-executed. Oh, yes, Joe's team also checked the gutters and made a minor repair to their previous work. He informed me that very little work was needed, and adjusted the price accordingly."

The gutter installs also came out perfect and include guards so I don't have to clean them out again. "When I called for a quote they were great.  Mr. Willard came out himself.  I was thinking I would need an entire new flat roof.  He suggested that I start with a repair that would be 2% the cost of a new roof.  A quote followed quickly.  the follow up was very slow and it was difficult to get a question answered.  Eventually they answered my question and sent a crew.  I stayed home to see the start of the work and notice that they were not doing what Mr. Willard said they would so I sent them home.  They came back another day, did what Mr. Willard said was needed and the patches worked great.  Saved me many thousands of dollars.   Overall it was a good experience but if I had not been home to watch the first day they would not have done what I was paying to get done.
