"We are the first time buyer. So didnâ t have much idea about the inspection. We hired A&E home inspection. They are licensed. Andrew helped us in finding many defects present in the newly build house. After the survey he emailed us the PDF copy of the lists of damaged/unpainted areas of the house. Lots of cosmetics defects in the cabinets walls doors window pnes was there, leaking faucets and some of the electricity points were also not working. Andrew and his company helped us in reporting these issues. There charge was quite nominal than other companies. We felt satisfied after hiring A&E Home Inspection. For a new buyer it is really helpful."

"Larry was very prompt to respond to my inquiry and also to do the inspection. Very friendly and easy to work with. He did a great job with the home inspection and provided a detailed report that included pictures. Give Larry a call, you won't be disappointed!"

"The ice maker was replaced within a week of filing the claim, which included professional inspection part order and installation."

"Our air-conditioner broke down right at the beginning of summer, with two disabled individuals in the home it was not a good situation. I called American home Shield and they had a repair company out the very next morning. Remember, this is during the time of year when most heating and air-conditioning companies are very busy. The inspection was prompt and in no time the service technicians were given permission to start the work. In no time the air-conditioner was up and running, no they didn't replace it, but the Warranty did exactly what it supposed to do take care of a major expense in a prompt and efficient way."

"I needed inspiration of foundation and roof. The contractor from the other company didn't inspect foundations anymore but Taylor trucking company could do this for us. Turns out they were the company who replaced the roof we have on now several years ago."

"Simce they couldn’t come out immediately, they had someone come tarp the possibly exposed area for an extra fee. When inspecting the roof, they took a video of the entire thing so we could see that several other areas were loose and needed to be tacked down. This was easy to see that it needed to be done...very professional."

"We needed a roof replacement as we had a bad windstorm and he was very good at inspecting it and advising us on what roof we needed for our home"

"This company helped us select the proper grade of shingle, removed the old wooden shingles, installed a foil backed energy saving base roof, and then the new composite multi-layered shingles. They did a good job, and cleaned our yard of nails and other magnetic scrap as well as shingle fragments. When an inspector came to look at the job a few days after completion, he noticed one area was sagging, and arranged for the crew to return and fix this problem, after informing us promptly. We were satisfied, and have used them for hail damage inspections since then. We were pleased with their work.
