"Superior work by a superior stucco craftsman (Nelson). Competitive pricing and all work was done exactly as scheduled. Nelson kept everything super neat over the two day project and was extremely professional. I highly recommend this company! I rated responsiveness as fair because I was frustrated by the process to get the estimate so I mention that to encourage you not to give up (I almost did) if that takes a while. Based on Angie's List reviews, I had initially recommended that a friend contact this company for stucco maintenance. That work was done beautifully and they made it happen to fit my friend's short time line. When I called them about my own home I did not hear back within a reasonable time to schedule the estimate. Then they came to look at the work needed and once more I had to reach out a couple weeks later to finally get the price and schedule the work. I believe the owner stays personally involved in the jobs (which is good) and that's the reason. My advice: if you experience something similar just be proactive but don't let that prevent you from hiring this company. The highest quality work, fair pricing and a "good guy" owner who delivered."

"I originally was going to go thru insurance and then after Jordan and Brian came by I saw the difference in what quality means. I did not want insurance to tell me what kind of roof I was going to get. It is my house and my family. The workmanship was incredible and was done in a good time. "Just Stucco and Windows, LLC re-stuccoed our home, attached garage, and block walls recently with a traditional stucco coating. Our home had stucco issues as the stucco had been painted by the previous owner at one point many years previously and then when an addition was added prior to our buying the home - the painted surface was thinly stuccoed over. As a result, in some areas, large pieces of stucco were falling off the walls where gaps had developed between the painted stucco surface and added stucco wall coating on the older portions of the home. Just Stucco and Windows, LLC using a pressure wash and scrapping removed the loose stucco material. A mesh fabric material was installed on all surfaces and then stuccoed with El Rey stucco. The El Rey stucco material is a superior product that has been improved upon over the years. The company representative, James, explained the process completely and answered all our questions. We also had James replace 2 small West facing windows on our garage. The dual glazed windows were a big improvement over the previous single glazed windows we had. We received several estimates for the project and Just Stucco and Windows, LLC did the job at a reasonable price and completed the job as scheduled. Their warranty was easy to understand. The stucco crew worked quickly and and the result was excellent; however, the crew needs to provide a more thorough debris clean up when the job is completed. I highly recommend Just Stucco and Windows, LLC."
