"Fantastic. I am a Realtor and I have a Client who called Steve Nagel to have a Home Inspection, prior to selling a home for a relative who had passed away. Steve explained that he would be better served not having an inspection as that may come back to haunt him since he would need to disclose a Home Inspection had been performed. Steve could have done the inspection and collected a fee, but Steve Nagel has INTEGRITY. I love hearing stories like this. It restores my faith in humanity with people like Steve Nagel in the world. "They did a really excellent job. They were great. A guy at the other company suggested them. I think they have been in business for a little while. They were insured and bonded. I had a couple of bids. They came and they were absolutely astounding. It rained quite a bit here and they worked around the weather. First of all, they have excellent prices. They should up when they could, given the weather. They worked hard. They brought enough people to do the job. They cleaned up meticulously around. They were willing to take on job that was non-standard since it was a 2 layered roof. The roof was old and it was heavy; it had concrete tiles over wood shakes. They hauled it all away and they cleaned it up. They communicated all the time with me. They kept me up-to-date. Given that they had to do repair work and it wasn’t determined how extensive till they tore the roof off. That worked out really well and I didn’t feel like I was gauged. They had to tear off 2 roofs and see how extensive the damage was. The weather might have co-operated with them and I think they were actually done in about 3 or 4 working days. They really want to please the customer. I think they bent over backwards to do more than what they bid on. There is nothing about them that I had any problem with. I will have them come back and do more in the future."
