"Ben was very responsive, even at odd hours and always took my calls to answer any questions I had. He did a very thorough inspection at a great price and helped me find a pest inspector as well. I would highly recommend him. He took extra care in areas I was concerned about and made recommendations on what repairs could be critical."

"From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"We are a repeat customer with ACNC, and I would not hesitate to use them again. They do great work and their employees are a pleasure to deal with. This fall they replaced our roof, repaired rotted trim, and painted our house. We love the results. Neighbors compliment us all the time. ACNC uses the best materials and their attention to detail is superb. I give them my highest recommendation."

"I will detail my experience by category: Initial Inspection: 5/5 Stephen was incredibly fast in coming over take a look at my roof and provide a thorough inspection of the roof. He was clear expectations and provided me a detailed roadmap of all steps ahead. Working with Insurance: 5/5 Again, Stephen was rockstar here. He worked directly with my insurance company on my behalf filing all paperwork and following up when necessary on any questions I had in the process. Shingle Selection & Paperwork: 5/5 Shawna was on time, thorough and went above and beyond in answering any and all questions that I had. Scheduling: 4/5 There was a lot of back and forth in getting a date finalized, and when it finally was, it had rained that morning and I had not been told the team would not be coming out after all. While I know no one installs a roof in the rain, I would have at least appreciated a phone call. Then I was told they would be there that Friday, but came Thursday instead. Normally this would not be a problem, but I had moved all my Friday meetings to Thursday (I work from home), so that I won't have to worry about noise on the roof during calls, and I now had my entire day of meetings have a background noise of banging and other installation noises. Roof Installation: 5/5 I am not a roofing expert but it looks good :) Payment: 4/5 Their payment system is easy - Quickbooks. I loved this part! There was again some issues here regarding communication in that I was not receiving updates as to when to expect the Cert of Completion to be sent to my insurance guy, and weeks had gone by without any updates. Really Stephen and Shawna were rockstars with communicating, but otherwise, the overall communication left much to be desired. I will say that Stephen was very open to feedback though which I really appreciated! Overall, highly recommended :)"

"This rating is too low for the service I received from Double A Roofing. I knew nothing about replacing my roof and I did do research. However, Aaron helped me through the process. From water dripping from me ceiling to sending information to lower my insurance. His staff was courageous and very polite. Cleaning up was impressive especially with the mess it makes. I would recommend this company to family and friends. I trust Double A Roofing. Thank you Aaron"

"John and his team did an amazing job on our roof! Easy to work with and had great recommendations. He not only replaced the roof on our house but the 2 outside buildings as well that desperately needed it. They got the job done quickly and we were very pleased. Would recommend to anyone!! Give him a call, best prices around."

"All around great service, very professional and straight forward experience. From evaluation of roof condition and or damage, to working with the insurance adjuster to help determine replacement over repair options, Dunlop Roofing was top notch and did a wonderful job installing my new roof in just one day. An awesome company that I fell comfortable recommending."

"We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."
