"Very informative and helpful staff, both when making the appointment and providing the service. This was the first time the ducts were cleaned (in 16 years!), so I expected the process might be a little messy, but not at all! The owner scheduled a time to come by later and do a free inspection of the attic along with recommendations for additional work for insulation, vents, etc. No pressure tactics, but good information and patience in answering my questions. I would definitely use then again for this or other projects."

"The engineer, Phil, who responded to my request was the only on of the eight recommendations who responded with in the first hour of my making inquiry for my need for an inspection of my pool enclosure by an environmental professional. And he wat h only one that as willing to perform the inspection on the same day, a Saturday, at 2:00 PM. He was very professional and informed me that he would call if he were a little behind schedule, due to a previous scheduled appointment, and he actually did call and let me know that I should expect him around 2:25 and he did arrive prompt at that time. After he finished the inspection, he promised to provide via email the written report which was required by the mortgage loan company requesting the inspection.
