"After hurricane Irma, and our careful consideration of at least six other roofing companies along with intense research by a scientist-husband who never seems to miss a thing, we decided to go with Roman Roofing. It was one of the best decisions we've made regarding a company's work ethics and promises. From the start, with Ralph Chianese, the salesman, he promised us the moon and gave it to us. He spent quite a lengthy amount of time with us. With all the crazy stories we've heard about with regard to roofers in the SW Fl area, we were nervous about what could happen to us if we made the wrong choice. He walked us through the process. Then "JR" Jose Rodriguez, the project manager, went above and beyond his part in the final project. After the roof was inspected and deemed ready to go, he came to our home during the hottest part of the day and crawled up into our teeny-tiny attic and worked tirelessly to make the final change we wanted just to be sure. Sweaty and hot, but still cheerful and professional, JR was awesome. Not only is he an excellent "face" for the company, but he is a sweet and kind guy as well. And then, we were lucky enough to be assigned to Michael's team. These guys worked tirelessly: so much so that I felt sorry for them for all the work they had to do, sometimes during the hottest part of the day...sometimes drizzling rain in their faces... but they persisted. Allison Daniels, face of the front office, also allayed my husband's worries every few days before the job began. She is professional and courteous. She also understood everything we were trying to do and walked us through our endeavor. At the end of this roof installation, we were inspected by the City of Sanibel. The job was approved on the first go-around. When we talked to the owner, Norm Dopfer, we were happy to find he is from the area from our own hometown. Those Midwesterners, (especially Ohioans!) generally have high work ethics. He was no exception. He is more concerned with doing the job right than the process itself.
