They were very honest with me and looked through my old contract from the past company who did the roof and told me that it was still under warranty. "John and Pamela were the best! Extremely prompt on returning texts, emails, and phone calls. They were flexible with my timing. John was knowledgable and did an excellent job with the inspection. He found deficiencies and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions. John emailed the inspection document, complete with many photos, very promptly. He performed the water test and delivered it to the lab and sent document immediately. I had accidently paid too much for the inspection, and was quickly refunded. Talk about honest! If I could give a contractor 10 stars, this company would be the one!!"
