"Sunguard Custom Painting did an incredible job painting my home exterior. Hughie and his team went beyond all expectations in quickly and efficiently completing the job on schedule. I experienced outstanding customer support and communication from start to finish. The experienced professional painting crew successfully took care of every detail. They beat all competitors in price and quality. As a completely satisfied customer I offer my highest possible recommendation to Sunguard Custom Painting."

"Don Clemons responded quickly, arrived in a timely manner to evaluate the scope of my very small project, and returned the next day to complete the repair. A turbine had blown off the roof in a storm leaving a gaping hole, and an antenna had blown almost off the roof. Don replaced the turbine, removed the antenna I no longer use, and inspected the roof for other damage at a fair price. Fair, friendly, competent service."

"Great procedures, they give you an inspection report with pictures and detailed explanations of the roofing issues, both before and after the roofing fix. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, happy to explain their work and the issues. Slightly more expensive than others, but worth it!"

"I’ve had German Roofing care for roofs on 2 of the homes I’ve lived in over the past 10 years. The first was a tile roof and the current is a flat roof. The current flat roof needed cleaning and recoating, which was done early May, 2024. They were great about honoring a work proposal they did 10 months earlier and kept to that price, despite prices going up like they have for so many things. We scheduled the work, I gave them the required 50% downpayment, and they reminded me by both phone and email before the day the work was to be done. Two workmen showed up on time and cleaned, patched and recoated the roof of my 1900sf house. They were courteous and respectful and focused on their work. The owner, Manuel, who is a super pleasant and nice guy, came by in the afternoon to check on their progress and let me know they would need to come back the following day to finish things up and that after letting the coating completely dry for several days, he would come back to inspect the work that had been done. The workmen finished the following day and were great about cleaning up after themselves. Manuel did return as promised 4 days later, got up on the roof, and emailed me photos of the completed work. Yet again, my experience with German Roofing was very positive."

"We hired Gil to do a pre-drywall inspection of the new home we are building in Blossom Rock. He took the time to talk to us before the inspection to ensure that he was familiar with all the changes we had made to the standard floor plan (extra can lights, security system, ADA compliant features, tray ceilings, etc). On the day of the inspection, Gil spent a great deal of time ensuring that everything was perfect. He found that some of the ADA items had not been done yet, and addressed that and other detailed items in his inspection report. By the next week, the builder had responded and corrected all the items, saving us a lot of time and hassle and giving us the peace of mind we needed. We will definitely be contacting Gil for a follow up inspection before we move in as he has earned our trust!"

"Work was completed as scheduled. Everything looks good. Contractor agreed to return, inspect, and fix any problems that might develop when we plan to sell the house in the next year. Company reps were professional and informative in outlining our options. We are very satisfied."

"Thank you for replying so quickly and coming to my home same day. We had an emergency roof leak in the middle of a multi day rain storm. Alex went to buy a huge tarp to cover the damaged portion of my roof until he could come back to begin the repairs. We re very pleased with the work and Customer service !!! We have already referred your company to our neighbors! Thank you!!!"

"I originally was going to go thru insurance and then after Jordan and Brian came by I saw the difference in what quality means. I did not want insurance to tell me what kind of roof I was going to get. It is my house and my family. The workmanship was incredible and was done in a good time. I know have a 50-year roof that I can pass along to my loved ones. Thank you, Jordan and DaBella you really allowed me the opportunity to upgrade my home!"
