"This guy was AMAZING. He was incredibly thorough, punctual, professional, and the customer service was fantastic. This was just when we were there for the home inspection. He would give us updates while he was there, I mean the guy spent 2-3 hours looking at our house. He was climbing up on the roof and in the crawl space and every time I saw him he was looking at something or reading something on his meters. He gave us wonderful feedback, His report was given to us in 24 hours I mean that was great in itself. Who is that fast and thorough? I had to take my fiancee' to work and he was willing to stay and wait to talk to me which would have been 45 minutes roundtrip just to ensure that I felt better. I didn't do that because it would have wasted his time and it would all be in his report, but I mean the customer service involved was fantastic. We had other inspections going on at the same time and he was nice enough to volunteer to go home to grab a tool so we could open the crawl space the seller forgot to leave open to inspect. We had gotten a quote from another home inspector in the area before Duncan, it was very high in price and also they increased the price twice on us. We felt that was unfair. Duncan was VERY reasonable and for the effort and time he put in, was probably one of the best investments I have made on this potential house we are buying. I would hire him again in a second. I wish Home Advisor gave a scale of a 10 because I would give him a 12! Don't think twice, hire this guy!"
