They listened to my concerns, scouted the house from inch to inch and not only pointed out the possible bad issues but also pointed out the good things with the property. The inspection was about 2.5 hours but Rick and Kim stayed after to answer some of our questions, and we received our detailed inspection report within 48 hours. "An absolutely phenomenal company that treats customers the way they should be treated. They replaced the windows in my entire home (11 windows) and did an amazing job. They also offer 0% interest financing same as cash options in various lengths, which the clock doesn’t even start for repayments on until installation. This was extremely helpful to me given the large purchase order to do my entire house at once. They are also extremely competitive (in some things 20-40% cheaper) from a pricing standpoint for the same product given they are a small company and don’t maintain substantial overhead. I saved literal thousands of dollars on my windows by going with them for the same product I almost purchased through another company. Roland was also very straightforward with me on all products and never tried to upsell me with things I did not need. He even told me when more expensive products were not worth it and provided me with all of the warranty information for various lines that they offer. He’s been working in this business for a long long time and his experience is evident in conversations with him. He and his wife own the company and they are wonderful. The installers that came were extremely professional, made sure to double check everything with me before installation, protected my house/floors during, and then cleaned up and had me check to make sure everything was good to go afterwards. Very hardworking crew and they did a phenomenal job. I am renovating my entire house top to bottom and one thing I’ve learned is that almost nothing is level or plumb, except my newly installed windows! Made putting my widow casing on extremely easy, which I greatly appreciated! From start to finish I cannot recommend this company enough. Nicest people. I went with the ProVia Aspect windows and they are gorgeous. They also capped the bay window and garage door surrounds for me with PVC so they will never rot again and did an amazing job! I’ll be calling them next year for a roof replacement."

The sales representative clearly had great understanding of not only his products, but took the time to completely inspect our roof from inside to outside and made suggestions on how to proceed. The installers were friendly and the debris was kept to a minimum and was gone at the end of the job."

"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"Extremely well. Rich is wonderful! He came right out because of impending rain. He not only replaced the dome (at a reasonable cost: for replacement part $75, for labor and "house call" $60) but he also scheduled free cleanings of my 3 Solatubes. While he was on the roof, he asked if I wanted a complimentary roof inspection performed. I had no idea how old the roof was or what the condition of the shingles were, so I agreed to the inspection. He told me I had about 5 years left on the roof. I considered that a very honest opinion as he could have told me I needed a new roof now (many other companies would have told me this in order to get me to buy a roof from them). I appreciate an honest company! And, Rich is very personable!"
