Plenty of follow up so I knew work was in progress. When product arrived, installation was scheduled in a timely manner and was completed quickly and professionally. "The only thing that made me give them a 4.0 is the service rep did not let us know, when he did the inspection, that there was debris underneath where they needed to lay the cover. Unfortunately, the team that came out could not lay the cover under the main part of the house. Now we will have to reschedule. Everyone was really nice, even the sales rep. Just would like to have been informed that there was debris that needed to be moved so the job could be completed."

"We requested that HCR come on a Saturday morning to inspect our roof and give us an estimate. The representative arrived on time and was very knowledgeable on all the different products offered. He also knew what materials our specific HOA would approve. Once we decided to go with HCR they ordered the materials and within a week they called to schedule the roof replacement date. They delivered the materials the day before and placed them on the roof. The delivery truck left a deep tire tread in our lawn, so if that worries you be sure to tell them beforehand where you would like them to park the truck. On the day of the roof replacement a crew of three arrived at 7 am and were completely finished with the roof and all cleanup by 5:30 pm. We received regular communication from them throughout the entire process by email and phone. In the end we were very pleased with the quality of work. We also really liked the warranty so if there is ever a storm that blows off shingles or causes other damage we can call HCR to have repairs done."
