The company representative came to our home to do the estimate and explained all the options, including advantages, limitations and upgrades. His advice for our particular situation was invaluable! Once we'd selected our tubes, he scheduled installation for very soon. The installation was quick and minimally disruptive. "We recently moved into a remolded home with a "new roof" and wanted to have someone inspect the roof prior to winter as we weren't confidant of the work the developed promised to have done. I contacted Keith Roofing and Hugh Keith, Jr. came out shortly after. Hugh arrived on time and I explained what I wanted (primarily to inspect the skylight) and he got started right away. Once finished with the inspection, Hugh showed me glossy photos of various areas of the roof along with a detailed summary of what needed to be repaired and cost (I assume he has a printer in his car). We both were shocked at what we saw (gaping holes, poorly installed flashing, absence of drip edges, etc.). Hugh said that he would encourage us to go back to the developer with the photos to try and have him fix the problems. No charge for the estimate and no pushy sales tactics. As we didn't trust that the developer would fix the issues appropriately, we decided to hire Keith Roofing and they were able to come a few days later. Once the work was completed, Hugh forwarded after pictures that evening with explanations as to what was completed. I had some follow up questions regarding one area of the roof and Hugh responded right away via email and then called and said he would be out the next day to look over the area. Overall, I've been really impressed with their prompt responses, follow up and professionalism and would definitely recommend them in the future."
