"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"My B rating was due to a miscommunication regarding the day the work would take place. I mailed my down payment in and next thing the supplies were delivered so i had to call to confirm the day of installation. Only other thing is I would suggest they sweep area with a magnet. Although they did a good clean up job I did have to pick up a lot of nails and a bush was damaged but should be okay. I did expect some minor damage to flower beds since i have several against the house."

"Developed a water leak into my house during the huge rainstorm in early June.  Called four companies but all were swamped in the very short term.  Asked them to call when they had a tech free.   Only Springfield Roofing called back, and within a day, to tell me a tech would be out to look at the problem the next Monday.  (They were still swamped from emergency calls.)  A tech came on the appointed day, evaluated the problem, gave me an estimate, and returned the following week to do the repairs.   His inspection was thorough, he showed me many pictures of the damaged roof sections, and he walked me through how he would do the repairs.  He returned last week and did the repairs.  Overall an excellent experience.  Above all, I appreciated that Springfield did not forget me and actually followed through on their commitment to take care of me.
