From the first inspection Austin and Shay helped with filing a claim with our insurance companies, and took care of everything after that. I was not even in town when the insurance adjusters came to inspect, they arranged the appointments and met with them for the inspection. Both houses were fully covered. The installation crew did a fantastic job as well. Adam was in charge on my roof and kept me in the loop on progress. Additional wood that is not easily found, (big box didn't carry it) but they were able to track it down and complete the job. Chris led the crew on my mother in laws house and again was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The crew did a great job, both with installation and cleanup.
