"Keith guided me through where he thought my leak was coming from, told me how to repair it myself including what product would work the best. I had Keith inspect my roof, he patched several other locations. I plan to have Midwest Diversified do some other work in the future. "I bought the special roofing package through Angie's List on Sunday evening. I was so surprised that Christian called Monday morning about 8 am to check on my request. Our roof was leaking a little into our kitchen. Rain was expected later in the day. He came right away to do the inspection and all the minor repairs were completed. He was very courteous and gave some good advice. I will definitely use Southern Grace for yearly inspections and to perform any repairs.

"Things went well. The work was done meticulously. They cleaned up every day and communicated well as to any stoppage. i.e. Weather stopped job for two days and I was called to inform me. All nail holes were painted to match the color scheme. The bottom line: my home looks fantastic."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
